Joanna is a certified executive and leadership coach and development specialist, working with leaders to become more effective and influential so they can maximize their leadership capacity for change that lasts, hits the organization’s bottomline results, and increases the leader’s influence in relationships both personal and professional.  

Joanna draws on her experience as a veteran leader of 25 years in a variety of settings from Fortune 100 to non-profit to help leaders and their teams create thriving work environments which value employee engagement, powerful communication, collaboration, consensus-informed decision making, and conflict management.  

Joanna holds an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  She is a certified practitioner for Myers Briggs, Enneagram, Leadership Circle 360, and EQi 2.0.  

Joanna is a native Nashvillian and has three adult children and one grandson.  She supports our community through board service, mentoring younger women, and pro bono work in a variety of non-profits.  She loves to explore new places, eat great food, and hang out with family and friends.
