Dr. Anita Foster-Horne is an author, speaker, trainer, and motivational speaker.  She has trained thousands of individuals over her career and uses her leadership experience as a platform to relate to her audience and transform their professional lives to become more effective and efficient individuals.  Dr. Anita’s qualities are an asset that enhances professional achievement and compliments individual progress and growth.

Dr. Anita holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, an RSW, and MSW. She is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified DEI expert with proficiency in strategic planning, policy, processes, and procedures. Dr. Anita specializes in assisting CEOs to build strategic plans that improve sustainability as she is driven by knowledge and educational growth. Dr. Anita is the author of “Knowledge Leaf: My Success Starts with Me” and “It’s in the Closet,” as well as contributor to several articles on leadership, diversity, and self-care.

As a diversity and inclusion expert, Dr. Anita has built relationships across industries from manufacturing to healthcare cultivating healthy solutions to diverse issues through education and training to include C-Suite Executives, leaders, and managers.  Her experience in mental health and hospice extends beyond the understanding that all people are created equal but reaches the rims of educating others to see and believe the same.  Seeing qualities in others no matter their circumstance, status quo, race, gender, or ethnicity is a rare and unique gift Dr. Anita is proud to possess as she believes inclusion starts with diversity.
