Sarah Quinn

360 Client Facilitator

Sarah Quinn serves as the 360 Assessment Lead, partnering closely with clients and executive coaching consultants to ensure the successful delivery and impact of leadership development assessments. In this role, she supports consultants in maximizing the value of assessment platforms – providing guidance on implementation, interpretation, and best practices to drive meaningful development outcomes for leaders and organizations.

Sarah brings a strong background in client partnership and assessment technology. She holds a degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she also competed as captain of the Women’s Soccer team, developing a leadership style rooted in collaboration, accountability, and performance. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked for a SaaS-based performance review platform, serving as an enterprise client liaison and supporting organizations in leveraging data-driven feedback systems.

Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, running, reading, and going to the beach.
