Nathan King is a strategic advisor for senior leaders and leadership teams to create
clarity, alignment, and accountable execution, especially in fast-moving, growth-oriented
environments. Nathan partners with executives to sharpen priorities, act faster, and
communicate more effectively with boards and their teams so that they achieve growth,
cleaner execution, and progress on the few moves that matter.

Before becoming a consultant, Nathan spent more than two decades leading teams and
business units across healthcare services, technology-enabled operations, and product
organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Nurse Staffing at
Shearwater Health, where he was responsible for P&L leadership and helped drive
significant growth by building global sourcing partnerships, developing a differentiated
sales story for major health systems, and redesigning operating processes across U.S.
and Philippines-based teams. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Healthways
(now Sharecare), Sound Physicians, and consulting roles supporting strategy,
operations, and analytics initiatives.

Nathan holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a
B.A. in English from Mississippi State University. He is certified through the Center for
Executive Coaching. He is proficient in Spanish from an early career stint as an English
teacher in South America.

Based in Nashville, Nathan is married with two teenage boys.
