Linda Zelnik coaches executives, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders in the areas of leadership development, communication, team effectiveness, and professional growth. She works with high-performing leaders to improve clarity, focus, and effectiveness in order to drive sustainable results for individuals and organizations, and supports organizations in developing strong internal coaching capability.
Linda brings over 20 years of experience across business, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. She has worked with organizations including Advent Marketing, CNA, the FBI, Harding University, Lipscomb University, Shiloh NYC, Wuhan University of Science & Technology, and the United Nations. Her work includes designing and delivering leadership development and training initiatives that strengthen leadership communication, decision-making, and alignment across teams and cultures.
Linda holds a BBA in International Business, an MBA in Leadership, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Named one of Nashville’s Top 15 Coaches, she is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a Maxwell DISC Consultant, and earned certifications in the Polaris Leadership Competency Model, Online Teaching through the Online Learning Consortium, and Thunderbird’s Global Mindset Inventory.
Linda lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and considers herself a foodie. She is an active supporter of The Living Water Project, which funds clean water initiatives in developing nations.
