Emma graduated from Brown University in 2015 with a master’s degree in Elementary Education. With a desire to contribute to education reform, she pursued a 5-year career spearheading transformations of instructional and management practices in various school settings in the South and Northeast.
Emma noticed the direct correlation between strong culture and positive student outcomes, thus fueling her desire to improve healthy work environments and performance productivity. While working in the consulting field, she is currently completing her MBA at Lipscomb University with a focus on organizational development. Emma’s natural ability to build healthy relationships, along with her understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ), has led her to immediately contribute in providing solutions to promote organizational health.
Emma is thrilled to join Brent Consulting Group. When Emma is not busy building her business tool-kit, she enjoys learning new recipes, writing her children’s story, and exploring new music venues in Nashville.
