Christer is known for unlocking the value in developing and retaining individuals who make critical contributions to organizational success. He believes that people should be fulfilled with their work and aligns himself with organizations that share that vision. Simply stated, he builds organizational “communities”.
Christer has more than 20 years of experience leading and developing sales organizations with some of the largest healthcare companies in the world. He has held several sales, marketing and training leadership roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, and Intuitive Surgical. Christer received his B.A. in Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
He is also a certified trainer in Leadership, Strategy and Execution, Interviewing, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, and Presentations. In his free time, he enjoys music, family, and being involved with his children’s sports, academic, and community activities.
